StallarRS emerges as a distinct startup, strategically established as a subsidiary of our longstanding parent company VTOD EOOD with sole owner Velizar Hristov.
This initiative is driven by our commitment to isolating and advancing specific activities within the aviation sector. By creating StellarRS, we provide a dedicated platform for these innovative ventures to thrive independently, fostering focused growth and advancement in our specialized areas of expertise.

Velizar is not only the owner of StellarRS EOOD but also serves as our Project Manager and Transformation Expert. With a distinguished career that began at one of the Big 5, Andersen, Velizar has held key roles at prestigious organizations including Siemens, General Motors, HP, Deloitte, Allianz, Stock Exchange Luxembourg, among others. Microsoft Trainer since 1999. Velizar holds degrees in both Computing Innovation and Business Administration, combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen.

Being involved in the creation of one of the first transport worldwide solutions for barcoding and pioneering web interactions with databases in the begining of this century, demonstrates our ability to identify emerging technologies and leverage them to create groundbreaking solutions.
Following by development of online pharmacy in a moment where a few beileved that this might be possible.
Furthermore, the owner has participated in numerous large-scale international IT and cloud transformation projects, collaborating with some of the world's leading experts. These experts are now eager to contribute to this startup and help drive its progress.
